Returns & Refund Policy


Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty, damaged or missing please Contact us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of delivery. Product Listings display Return Policy for individual items. Some items have a no exemption No Returns or Refunds policy Due to Food Safety items. All Sale items are Non Refundable.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Buyer Remorse Refunds/ Returns Policy

Due to food safety item, We cannot offer Returns or Refunds on Open items that have been used and have a broken seal. Buyer is responsible for making informed decisions about the products that may work for them or products that may not work for them. We cannot offer Refunds or Returns on products that are not in New Condition. The purchase of all products sold by is the sole responsibility of the user. No Refunds or Returns for “Product doesn’t Work” Claims, since We do not guarantee any products will work for each individual user, as with all food dietary supplements, individual results may vary.

Gift cards are Non-returnable.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us at and claims will be assessed and processed at the discretion of the Company.

To complete your return and refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 -7 days.

Late / Missing Funds

If you haven’t received your refund in 7 -10 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Return / Exchanges

We only replace items if they are physically defective from damage that occurred during transit. We only exchange items that are in new condition with an item of equal or less value. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, Shipping costs are non refundable. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at for all processing and approvals. If your item is not damaged due to damage that occurred during transit, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
