Shipping & Tracking

Our Promise

We'll work diligently to complete your order and ship it out quickly. Your satisfaction is our motivation, and we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • All orders are processed upon receipt.
  • Please allow up to 2- 5 business days for processing and filling your order, processing times may extend a few more days during peak season or during times of extreme demand.
  • Estimated processing and shipping times do not include weekends, holidays, or non-business days.
  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout
  • Free USPS Ground Advantage Shipping available for all Domestic orders.
  • When you check out, you will choose your shipping method.
  • We ship packages in the order they are received.
  • It usually takes 3 - 8 business days for your package to arrive after you place your order. Transit times may extend a few more days during peak season or during times of extreme demand.

Standard Shipping

Delivery may take up to 3 - 5 business days based on the selected product's transit time.

Our delivery times are based on orders placed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

Shipping Accuracy

Check your shipping address carefully! If an address error is made, NaturistaStore.com reserves the right to make corrections and to limit refunds and replacements. NaturistaStore.com is not responsible for lost packages due to customer entering wrong shipping address at checkout.

Only correctly addressed orders are covered by our guarantee. The address on the order acknowledgment is the only one guaranteed for delivery.

Shipping To PO Boxes

In addition to PO Boxes, we can also deliver to APO and FPO addresses. We also deliver to rural addresses with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

International Shipping

We can ship to Australia, Canada, Germany, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, & Sweden. We do not ship to sanctioned countries. Our products are shipped to all 50 states in the United States.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is ready for transit. It can take up to 2 business days for the courier to pick up your package and update tracking number online. We ship most orders within 2 - 5 business days of receiving them, Transit times may extend a few more days during peak season or during times of extreme demand. The email will include shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the live tracking website. Click on the tracking number near the bottom of the email to track your order anytime. You can also track your order using our track your order web page.

Business Days & Holidays

Except for federal holidays within the United States, all orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Our distribution center does not ship packages on weekends or US holidays:

Shipping Rates


Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping rates displayed are determined by the courier company.


I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

 

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to change your orders shipping destination if your order has not been shipped out and picked up by the Carrier (USPS or UPS). However, we can't promise anything as most of our orders are usually processed immediately after you place an order, most orders placed before 2pm Pacific Standard Time usually ship out the same business day or within 2- 5 Business days. If your order has already entered the shipping process and is in possession of the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS), We won't be able to stop it and retrieve your order. We apologize for any inconvenience, those are the rules set forth by all the carriers We utilize (USPS & UPS.) NaturistaStore.com is not responsible for lost packages due to customer entering wrong shipping address at checkout.

 

If your order has not shipped by the time you contact us at hello@naturistastore.com and We will gladly change your shipping address for you at no additional cost.


We will not be held responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address And your order successfully ships out and is in possession of the carrier (USPS or UPS). Our shipping system automatically follows the address you supplied during checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) usually the same day if you placed your order before 2pm Pacific Standard Time or within 2- 5 Business days during non peak seasons, processing times may extend a few more days during peak season or during times of extreme demand. Rest assured that all orders will be delivered. The tracking number will become active within 1 - 3 business days. If you do not receive an order confirmation email containing your tracking information after 8 Business days please Contact Us at hello@naturistastore.com with your name and order number and We will contact you within 1 - 3 Business days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Naturista Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Naturista Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping transit. The courier company assumes responsibility for damages caused by the courier company. If you received your order damaged contact us at hello@naturistastore.com and include your name and order number and We will contact you within 1- 3 Business days. If your package goes missing in transit please contact the shipment carrier customer support hotline (USPS Call 1-800-275-8777 / UPS Call 1-800-742-5877) to file a claim Using your tracking number and or Contact Us at hello@naturistastore.com and let us know about your missing package and include your Name and Order Number.

*Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as well as take pictures to support your claim before filing a claim.
